Welcome to the Birmingham Cohort of the UNICEF Rights Respecting Schools Award.
Education and well-being of all children is at the heart of the award and most of the work you are already doing in schools aligns itself perfectly with the standards.
This is a really exciting initiative that is already having a significant impact on building resilience with children and young people in Birmingham.
There are 170 schools engaged with the RRSA and due to high demand, we are now able to offer further training.
Overall, your school should have the opportunity to engage with three days of training provided by Birmingham City Council, representing a significant saving for your school.
You can register, access all information about the award including academic research, Ofsted quotes and free resources here: http://www.unicef.org.uk/rights-respecting-schools/. If you need further information please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.
