Following feedback from schools on referrals to Occupational Health and the outcome reports, the Employee Relations team have designed an interactive 2 hour session to address some of the difficulties and issues schools have faced.
In this 2 hour workshop delegates will be better placed to:
- Understand the do’s and don’ts when making referrals
- When to make a referral
- Information to include in a referral
- Ask specific questions that will more likely get answers that help move a situation forwards
- Manage referrals in difficult or sensitive situations
This workshop is exclusively offered to Senior Leaders and is free to Gold Package and Silver - ER Package subscribers.
For other Silver Package subscribers and Non HR Services for Schools subscribers the cost is £125.
